[김일중 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 10월 8일 직·공장새마을운동양주시협의회는 양주시보건소를 직접 방문하여 코로나19 퇴치에 노고가 많은 양주시보건소와 선별진료소 직원들을 위로하기 위해 사랑의 감동 도시락 100개를 후원했다고 밝혔다.

이날 후원한 도시락은 이른 아침부터 최은숙 회원이 운영하는 음식점에서 황점연 감사, 방흥식 총무, 이은주 회원 등 8명이 직접 밥과 반찬을 만들어서 일회용 도시락 용기에 하나씩 정성껏 담아 후원했다고 전했다.

오수영 회장은 “추석 연휴가 지났음에도 불구하고 아직도 코로나19 거리두기가 연장되어 연일 고생하는 보건소와 선별진료소 직원분들에게 조금이나마 감사의 마음을 전하고자 도시락을 만들어 후원하게 되었다”고 소감을 밝혔다.

안미숙 보건소장은 “이번에 후원한 도시락은 마치 어머니들이 집에서 만들어준 집밥과 같다며 직·공장새마을운동양주시협의회에서 여러번 직원들을 위해 방문하시고 후원해주어 너무도 고맙고 힘이 난다”고 인사말을 했다.

지난 8월부터 직·공장새마을운동양주시협의회에서는 3회에 걸쳐 양주시 보건소에 생수 2,000개, 유부 도시락과 아이스 커피 각 100개씩을 후원했다고 밝혔다.
