은퇴설계 전문과정은 유망직종 및 노후자산관리 등을 주제로 하며, 창업·창직 전문과정은 창업트렌드 및 창업 아이템 개발 등을 주제로 신중년에게 인생 재도약을 위한 역량강화를 지원한다고 했다.

「신중년 인생학교」는 45세 이상 동두천시민 및 관내 직장 재직자라면 누구나 동두천시 평생교육원 홈페이지를 통해 온라인 접수가 가능하며, 전화접수도 가능하다. 자세한 내용은 동두천시 평생교육원 홈페이지를 통해 확인할 수 있다고 전했다.
