그동안 동두천시민대학은 문화, 건강, 인문학 등 분야별 전문 우수강사들의 수준 높은 강연을 통해 동두천시민들의 지적욕구를 충족해왔으며, 올해에는 5월부터 매월 1회, 총 5회가 운영된다고 했다.
