[안종욱 기자 = 경기북부]  지난 6월 1일 조종면 지역사회보장협의체에서는 관내 저소득 어르신을 대상으로 2021년 특화사업인 '가평 핫플레이스 투어'로 가평 자라섬을 찾았다고 밝혔다. 

코로나19로 인해 활동이 제한적이지만 직원과 어르신들이 5인 이상 집합금지 명령 및 방역수칙에 맞춰 실시하였고, 투어 중에도 마스크 착용 및 안전거리 확보로 안전에 만전을 기했으며, 장거리 외출과 코로나19로 문화생활을 즐기기 어려웠던 어르신들은 자라섬 남도의 꽃들과 수변의 운치를 감상하며 힐링의 시간을 가졌고, 음료와 빵등 간단한 간식을 먹고, 가평 파주닭국수 후원으로 마련된 닭죽은 각 가정에서 드실 수 있도록  전달하였다고 했다.

조종면 권택순 면장은 “어르신들의 행복해하는 모습을 보니 뿌듯하고, 하루 빨리 코로나가 종식되어 더 많은 어르신들의 건강한 삶을 위한 문화생활이 이루어질 수 있도록 노력하겠다”고 하였다.

Gapyeong-gun Jojo-myeon Jisahyup, 'Gapyeong Hot Place Tour' takes time for healing

[Reporter Ahn Jong-wook = Northern Gyeonggi] On June 1, the Jojoong-myeon Community Security Council announced that they had visited Gapyeong Jarasum with the 'Gapyeong Hot Place Tour', a special project for low-income seniors in the area in 2021.

Although activities are limited due to COVID-19, the staff and seniors have implemented it in accordance with the order to ban gatherings of more than 5 people and quarantine rules, and ensured safety by wearing a mask and securing a safe distance during the tour. Elderly people who had difficulty enjoying Jara Island had a time of healing while appreciating the flowers and the waterside of Jarasum Island, ate simple snacks such as drinks and bread, and delivered the chicken porridge prepared with the support of Gapyeong Paju Chicken Noodles so that they could eat it at home.

Kwon Taek-soon, head of Myeon Jojo-myeon, said, “I am proud to see the elderly happy, and I will work hard so that the corona virus can end as soon as possible so that more elderly people can live a cultural life for a healthy life.”
