[김현우 기자 = 원주] 원주시는 환경개선 및 편의시설 확충을 통한 위생 수준 향상을 위해 식품·공중 위생업소 지원 사업 대상자를 모집한다고 8일 밝혔다.

대상은 원주시에 주소를 두고 6개월 이상 영업하고 있는 음식업(일반음식점)·숙박업소이며, 사업 대상자로 선정되면, 업소별 최대 1천만 원 한도로 소요금액의 80%를 지원한다.

일반음식점은 좌식형 식탁을 입식형으로 전환, 개방형 조리장, 조리장 타일 교체, 화장실 손 씻는 시설 등을 지원하고, 숙박업소는 건물 외부 도색, 간판, 접객대 개방형 전환, 조식 제공시설 설치 등을 지원한다.

신청 업소를 대상으로 서류심사와 현지실사를 실시한 후, 원주시 지방보조금심의를 거쳐 최종 지원 대상자를 선정하게 된다.

한편 신청접수는 오는 2월 21일까지 원주시보건소 위생과로 하면 된다.
