[김준호 기자 = 삼척시] 삼척시는 삼척사랑상품권 부정유통 방지를 위해 오는 11월 7일~11월 25일까지 상품권 운영시스템·판매대행점 금융기관 관계자들과 합동단속반 편성해 일제단속을 실시한다고 밝혔다.

이번 단속은 '행정안전부 2022년도 하반기 일제단속' 계획에 따른 것으로 지역사랑상품권 발행 확대추세에 따라 단속을 강화하여 부정유통을 근절하기 위해 진행된다.

주요 단속 대상은 ▶물품 판매 또는 용역 제공 없이 상품권 수취·환전하는 행위 ▶실제 매출금액 이상의 거래를 통해 상품권을 수취·환전하는 행위 ▶상품권 가맹점이 등록제한 업종을 영위하는 경우 ▶지역사랑상품권의 결제를 거부하는 경우 ▶현금영수증 발행 거부 또는 물품 판매 시 현금에 비해 불리하게 대우하는 경우 등을 집중 단속할 예정이다.

삼척시 관계자는 "일제 단속기간 부정유통이 확인되면 가맹점 등록취소, 과태료 부과 등 사안에 따라 관할 경찰서에 수사 의뢰를 할 계획이다."고 전했다.
