[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 강릉시 노사민정협의회는 22일 시청 8층 상황실에서 민선8기 첫 정기회의를 개최하고 신규위원 위촉 등 노사민정 협력 활성화 방안을 논의한다고 밝혔다.

노사민정협의회는 근로자, 사용자, 시민, 강릉시 및 관계기관 11명으로 구성됐으며, 협력과 상생의 노사관계로 지역경제 활성화에 관한 사항 협의를 위해 운영되고 있다.

김홍규 강릉시장(위원장)의 주재로 진행되는 이날 협의회에서는 노사가 협력하고 동반 성장할 때 일자리 창출과 지역경제 활성화를 이룰 수 있다는 공감대를 형성하고, 변화된 시대에 대응하기 위한 다각적이고 심도있는 의견을 나눌 예정이다.

2023년 주요 사업으로는 ▶노사민정의 사회적 책임 실천선언 및 공동선언문 채택 ▶노사민정 홍보 콘텐츠 제작 ▶노사민정 협력 활성화 지원 ▶일터혁신 우수기업 선정 및 인증패 전달 ▶취약계층 노동교육 및 감정노동자 힐링 사업 등을 추진할 계획이다.

김홍규 강릉시장은“민선8기 협력과 상생의 노사문화 정착으로 지역문제를 함께 해결하고, 좋은 일자리 창출과 투자유치를 통해 강원제일의행복강릉 시대를 여는데 노사민정 협의회가 중심적 역할을 하겠다”고 말했다.
