[김현우 기자 = 강릉] 강릉시는 24일 강릉시 근로자종합복지관 3층 소회의실에서 제3차 노사민정실무협의회를 개최한다고 전했다.

최종백 강릉시 경제진흥과장(위원장)의 주재로 진행되는 이날 협의회에 노사민정 상생협력 공동선언문(안)을 채택하고 협의회 신규위원을 위촉하며, 노사민정 협력 활성화 방안을 논의한다.

노사가 협력하고 동반 성장할 때 일자리 창출과 지역경제 활성화를 이룰 수 있다는 공감대를 형성하고, 일터 혁신 우수기업 선정 및 노사민정 협력 활성화 지원 등에 대한 의견을 나눌 예정이다.

협의회는 근로자, 사용자, 시민, 강릉시 및 관계기관 14명으로 구성됐으며, 협력과 상생의 노사관계로 지역경제 활성화에 관한 사항 협의를 위해 운영되고 있다.

강릉시 관계자는“협력과 상생의 노사문화 정착으로 지역 문제를 함께 해결하고, 좋은 일자리 창출을 통해 강원제일의 행복강릉 시대를 여는데 노사민정실무협의회가 중심적 역할을 하겠다”라고 밝혔다.
