[김현우 기자 = 강릉] 강릉시 노사민정협의회는 26일 강릉시청 8층 상황실에서‘지역 공동체 동반성장! 해양 실크로드 경제도시!’를 주제로 노사민정 협력 활성화 방안을 논의했다고 전했다.

노사민정협의회는 근로자, 사용자, 시민, 강릉시 및 관계기관 13명으로 구성되며, 협력과 상생의 노사관계로 지역경제 활성화에 관한 사항 협의를 위해 운영되고 있다.

김홍규 강릉시장(위원장)의 주재로 진행된 이 날 협의회에서는 일터혁신 우수기업 인증서 및 인증패 수여, 2023년 노사민정 활성화 방안 논의, 노사민정 상생협력 공동선언문 채택 등이 진행될 예정이다. 

특히, 노사민정 상생협력 공동선언문을 채택하여 일자리 일만 개 창출이라는 공동 목표 달성과 해양 실크로드 경제도시 강릉을 만들기 위하여 상호 소통·협력해 나갈 계획이다. 

김홍규 시장은 “협력과 상생의 노사문화 정착으로 지역 문제를 함께 해결하고, 좋은 일자리 창출을 통해 강원제일의 행복강릉 시대를 여는데 노사민정협의회가 중심적 역할을 하겠다”라고 밝혔다.
