[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 3월 29일, 고성군번영회는 간성소재 식당에서 고성군 번영회장 이·취임식 행사를 가졌다고 밝혔다. 

이번 이·취임식 행사는 코로나19 확산으로 인하여 외부인사 초청 없이 방역지침을 준수하여 임원진만 참석하여 진행하였고, 고성군번영회 주요 집행부는 한명철 회장을 비롯하여 신영균(거진) 수석부회장, 이동균(간성) 부회장, 탁동철(현내) 부회장, 곽상규(죽왕) 부회장, 김승래(토성) 부회장, 박희석(현내) 사무국장으로 출범했다고 전했다.

지난 3월 1일부터 임기 2년으로 취임하는 한명철 번영회장은 현내면 출신으로 위임인사로 “단합된 번영회의 기반을 토대로 다양한 봉사활동을 펼쳐 지역발전을 위해 노력하겠다”고 말했다.

이임하는 이강훈 번영회장은 지난 2016년 3월부터 2022년 2월까지 6년간의 임기를 마쳤다고 밝혔다.
