[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 28일 경기주택도시공사(이하 GH)가 연천군과 공동으로 조성한 연천BIX(Business & Industry Complex) 내 산업용지를 공급한다고 밝혔다. 

이번에 공급하는 토지는 분양용지 9필지, 임대용지 11필지로 총 20필지이며, 분양용지 필지별 면적은 최소 3,792㎡에서 최대 5,819㎡까지이고, 분양가격인 조성원가는 83만 원대/3.3㎡로 인근 산업단지보다 저렴하며, 입주가능 업종은 식료품 제조업, 화학물질 및 화학제품 제조업, 고무제품 및 플라스틱 제품 제조업이라고 했다.

임대용지는 필지별 최소 919㎡에서 최대 2,400㎡로, 임대보증금은 조성원가의 10%, 연 임대료는 조성원가의 1%인 약 8천 원/3.3㎡로 책정됐다. 임대기간은 5년으로, 기간 경과 후 1회에 한하여 갱신 또는 분양 전환이 가능하다. 입주가능 업종은 식료품 제조업, 섬유제품 제조업(의복제외)이다.
