[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 속초시가 미세먼지 저감 및 대기환경 개선을 위한 친환경 전기이륜차 보급사업을 추진한다고 밝혔다. 

올해 보조 지원 대수는 총 37대로, 보조금액은 각 차량규모에 따라 경형 140만원, 소형 240만원, 중형 270만원, 대형 300만원까지 최대 지원한다고 했다. 

내연기관 이륜차 사용 폐지 후 구매 시 유형·규모별 최대 지원액 범위 내에서 20만원을 추가 지원하며, 도비 보조금으로 총 지원금의 10%를 추가 지원한다고 했다. 

지원 신청자격은 구매 지원 신청일 기준 90일 이전부터 속초시에 주소를 둔 만 18세 이상인 개인과 사업자등록을 한 사업자 또는 법인(단체)이라고 했다. 

전체 37대 중 10%는 장애인, 기초생활수급자, 상이‧독립유공자, 소상공인 등 취약계층과 다자녀가구, 미세먼지 개선 효과가 높은 차량 구매자에게 우선 지원하며, 또한 배달용 차량 구매자에게도 10% 물량을 별도 배정하여 지원한다고 했다. 

신청방법은 구매 신청자가 전기이륜차 판매 대리점에서 구매계약과 신청서를 작성하면 판매 대리점에서 무공해차 구매 보조금 지원시스템에서 신청접수와 보조금 신청을 대행하며, 차량 출고·등록 순으로 보조금을 지원할 예정이라고 전했다.
