[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 평창군은 올해 국·도비 11억 원을 포함한 43억 원의 사업비를 투입하여, 농산물산지유통센터(APC) 개보수 1개소, 660㎡이상의 대규모 저온저장고 및 저온 선별장 신축 2개소, 농산물 집하시설 신축 2개소를 확충하여 관내 농산물의 상품화를 위한 산지유통시설을 대폭 확충한다고 밝혔다.

농산물 산지유통센터(APC) 지원 사업은 대관령원예농협이 국비공모사업에 선정되어 8억 원의 사업비를 확보, 기존의 노후 된 농산물 산지유통센터 시설 내 저온저장고 등을 개보수하여, APC시설을 이용하는 농가의 불편함 해소 및 저온저장 능력을 확대할 계획이며, 이와 더불어 대관령농협과 대화농협에는 저온유통체계구축사업으로 23억 원의 사업비를 확보해 660㎡ 이상의 대규모 저온저장고 및 저온 선별장을 신축할 계획으로, 농산물의 취급물량을 대폭 확대하여 저장 및 선별장소의 부족으로 어려움을 겪던 농가에 큰 도움이 될 것으로 기대하고 있다고 했다.

또한, 농산물 집하시설의 부족으로 출하·집하과정에서 농산물의 품위 저하 및 농가 불편해소를 위해 평창, 봉평농협에 군비 6억원을 투입, 평창농협 660㎡, 봉평농협에 1,855㎡의 대규모 농산물 비가림 집하시설 신축을 지원한다고 전했다.
