[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 2월 28일부터 태백시는 자영업자 사회 안전망 확충에 기여하기 위한 강원도 사회보험료 지원사업을 추진하고 있다고 전했다.

이번 사업은 최저 임금 인상에 따른 도내 1인 자영업자의 경영 부담을 완화하고 노동자의 고용 불안해소를 위해 국민연금 및 고용‧산재보험 등 사회보험료를 지원하는 사업이라고 했다. 

지원 대상은 강원도 내 소재 본인 명의 사업자등록증을 보유하고 사업을 운영중인 1인 자영업자이며, 단, 폐업한 사업장은 신청할 수 없다고 했다. 

지원요건은 국민연금의 경우 지역가입자이면서 기준소득월액 230만원 미만, 재산세 과세표준액 2억원 미만, 연 사업소득금액 900만원 미만의 조건을 모두 충족시 지원 가능하며, 고용 ‧ 산재보험의 경우는 각 보험에 가입한 1인 자영업자가 해당된다고 했다.

지원내용은 올해 연말까지 실제 납부한 국민연금, 고용보험, 산재보험료의 최대 50%를 지원한다. 단, 국민연금 최대 지원기간은 2022년도 지원 시점부터 1년이라고 했다.

신청방법은 사업장 소재지 동 행정복지센터 또는 시청 일자리경제과로 방문 또는 우편 접수하거나 강원 일자리정보망 홈페이지에서 온라인 접수도 가능하며,기타 자세한 사항은 태백시청 일자리경제과 일자리정책팀으로 문의하면 된다고 전했다.
