[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 오는 22일 경기주택도시공사(이하 ‘GH’)는 다양한 주택유형을 담은 민간참여 공공주택사업에 대한 민간사업자 공모를 시행한다고 밝혔다.

사업대상지는 안양시 동안구 관양동 521번지에 위치한 안양 관양고 주변 도시개발구역 내 A1~A4블록과 연천군 통현리 812, 연천은통산업단지 내 공동1에 위치한 연천BIX라고 했다.

이번 공모는 청년, 신혼부부, 고령자 등 다양한 주택수요계층을 대상으로 하며, 신속한 주택 공급을 위해 분양주택 404호와 임대주택 1,013호, 총 1,417세대를 일괄 추진한다.

해당 사업은 코로나 팬데믹 상황을 고려한 주거트렌드 반영과 지역 맞춤형 특화설계를 적용하여 고품질 공공주택을 실현하고자 했다고 전했다.

주요 특징은 주거공간에서 개방감을 준 테라스 및 펜트하우스 계획, 임대주택 거주민의 문화 향유권 확대를 위한 미술작품 설치, 관악산을 차경으로 둔 한국전통정원 조성 등이라고 했다.

또한, ESG경영에 대한 일환으로 ISO37001 부패방지 윤리경영시스템 반영 기업과 사회적기업의 참여 및 실적에 따른 가점, 녹색건축인증 의무등급 강화 등을 공모, 설계지침서에 반영했다고 했다.

참가의향서는 오는 2월 28일부터 3월 2일까지 접수로 받으며, 사업신청서는 오는 5월 2일에 GH본사(수원시 권선구 소재)에서 현장 접수 받을 예정이라고 전했다.

GH는 “이번 민간참여 공공주택사업은 사업지 실수요 여건을 고려한 주택유형 공급과 수요자 맞춤형 특화설계를 계획하여 경기도민의 주거복지증진에 기여할 것으로 기대된다”고 밝혔다.
