[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 태백시는 청년 농업인에게 영농 초기 창업 자립기반 구축 지원을 통한 농업경쟁력 강화와 농업 농촌 조기 정착 유도를 위해 ‘2022년 청년농업인 창업기반 구축 공모사업’을 추진한다고 밝혔다.

이번 사업은 농업경영인으로 자립해야 할 시점의 청년농업인을 대상으로 농업 신기술을 접목한 청년 아이디어를 실현토록 생산 유통 기반, 농축산물 제조 가공, 농축산물 체험‧전시, 체험 관광, 브랜드 개발 등 사업 유형별로 공모를 추진한다고 했다.

자격 요건은 올해 1월 1일 기준 태백시에 주민등록이 돼 있는 자로 만 18∼45세의 농업경영체 등록 경영주이며, 신청기간은 내달 11일까지이며, 신청 방법은 사업신청서, 사업계획서와 구비서류를 준비해 태백시 농업기술센터로 방문 접수하면 된다고 했다.

최종 선정된 참여자 중 최우수 6명에게는 각 4천만원, 우수 7명에게는 각 3천만원, 장려 10명에게는 각 2천만원의 사업비가 지원되고, 기타 자세한 사항은 태백시 농업기술센터 농업지원팀으로 문의하면 된다고 전했다.
