속초시는 동 주민센터를 통하여 대상자 수요조사 후 2월 18일까지 대상자에게 우편 안내 후 신청서 접수 및 선정절차를 거쳐서 3월 중으로 대상가구에 CCTV를 설치할 예정이라고 전했다.
