화재안전 시설개선 지원사업은 건축물의 가연성 외벽마감 자재를 불연 또는 준불연재로 개선하거나 스프링클러 설비 및 간이 스프링클러 설비를 설치하는 등 시설개선에 소요되는 금액의 최대 80%까지 지원하는 사업이라고 했다.

사업기간은 2022년 3월부터 12월까지이며, 사업 선정은 복지 시설 입소자 수, 영업장 규모 등을 종합적으로 고려한 선정기준에 따라 고득점순으로 결정되고, 선정 결과는 오는 4월 중 개별통보될 예정이라고 했다.
