[김일중 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 오는 1월 25일 11시30분 ‘직장·공장 새마을운동 양주시협의회’ 회원 임은오 후원인이 양주시장애인종합복지관에 아동도서전집 10box를 전달했다고 밝혔다.

이날 후원품 전달식은 임은오 후원인을 대신하여 직장·공장 새마을운동 양주시협의회 오수영 회장, 양주시장애인종합복지관 김정희 관장이 참석한 가운데 진행됐다고 했다.

양주시장애인종합복지관과 직장·공장 새마을운동 양주시협의회는 업무협약을 통해 장애인복지 발전을 위한 협력관계를 유지하고 있다고 전했다.

후원품을 전달한 오수영 회장은 “다양하게 구성된 아동도서는 복지관을 이용하는 장애아동들을 위해 지원되었으면 합니다.”라며 후원품 전달소감을 말했다.

양주시장애인종합복지관은 후원인의 뜻에 따라 복지관을 이용하는 장애아동들에게 도서를 지원할 것이며, 앞으로도 양주시장애인종합복지관은 후원사업 확장과 직·간접 서비스 제공을 통하여 장애인복지 발전을 위해 앞장 설 계획이라고 밝혔다.
