[김일중 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 동두천시는 2022년도 1월 정기분 등록면허세 총9,989건 2억6백만원을 부과했다고 밝혔다.

납세의무자는 지난 1월 1일 기준 동두천시에 주소 또는 영업장 소재지를 두고 각종 인·허가 등을 행정기관에 신청, 등록해 인가·허가·신고 등 면허를 소지한 개인이나 법인으로, 면허의 종류, 사업장 면적, 종업원 수 등 면허의 규모에 따라 제1종에서 5종으로 구분되고, 종별 세액은 제1종은 45,000원, 제2종 34,000원, 제3종 22,500원, 제4종 15,000원, 제5종 7,500원이라고 했다.

2022년 정기분 등록면허세의 납기는 오는 1월 17일부터 2월 3일까지이며, 기한 내 납부하지 않을 시에는 3%의 가산금이 붙고, 납부방법은 고지서가 없어도 가까운 금융기관의 CD/ATM기기에서 현금카드 또는 신용카드를 이용해 등록면허세 부과 내역을 확인하고 납부할 수 있다고 전했다. 

CD/ATM기기 이용이 불편한 납세자들은 전국 금융기관 또는 우체국에서 고지서로 납부할 수 있으며, 고지서에 기재되어 있는 개인별 농협 가상계좌로도 납부가 가능하고, 아울러 인터넷 위택스, 지로에서 계좌이체 또는 신용카드로도 납부할 수 있으며, 스마트위택스 앱을 통하여 간편하게 납부할 수 있고, 기타 등록면허세에 대한 문의사항은 동두천시 세무과로 하면 된다고 밝혔다.
