시는 경계결정위원회에서 결정된 토지경계와 경계결정통지서를 소유자와 이해관계인에게 통지할 예정이고, 경계결정에 대해 이의가 있는 자는 결정통지서를 받은 날부터 60일 이내 이의신청서를 제출해야 한다고 했으며, 기한 내 이의신청이 없을 경우 사업이 완료됐음을 공고해야하고, 면적 증감이 있는 토지에 대해서는 감정평가기관으로부터 평가 후 조정금을 산정해 조정금을 지급하거나 징수할 계획이라고 했다.
