[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 12월 3일 경기도의회 교육기획위원회 위원장 정윤경 의원은 한국프레스센터 프레스클럽에서 열린 ‘한국인터넷기자협회 창립 19주년 기념식 및 2021 한국인터넷기자상 시상식’에서 지방의정상을 수상하는 영예를 안았다고 밝혔다.

정윤경 의원은 경기도민의 권익증진 및 군포지역경제 활성화를 위해 기여한 공이 크며, 전국 광역의회 최초로 교섭단체 정례브리핑 제도를 도입했다고 전했다.

이를 통해 경기도정에 대해 단순히 질책과 비판에 그친 것이 아니라, 문제 해결을 위해 함께 고민하고 바람직한 정책대안을 제시하여 건전한 소통의 장을 마련했으며, 적극적이고 책임감 있는 자세로 경기도의 효율적 정책과 도민의 민생 전반에 걸친 활발한 입법활동과 의정활동을 해왔다는 평가를 받고 있다고 했다.
