[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 의정부시 가능동은 지난 9월 주민자치회 출범 후 첫 회의를 열고 위촉장 수여식 개최 및 제1기 임원진을 구성했다고 밝혔다.

의정부시 가능동이 2021년 주민자치회로 전환됨에 따라 지난 18일 주민자치회 1기 위촉장 수여식을 개최했으며, 위촉식에는 안병용 의정부시장을 대신하여 팽재녀 흥선권역국장이 가능동 주민자치회 위원 34명에게 위촉장을 전수했다고 했다.

위촉장 수여에 이어 제1기 임원선출을 진행했는데, 이번에 선출된 자치회장과 부회장, 감사는 2년 임기 동안 34명의 위원으로 구성된 주민자치회를 이끌게 된다고 했다.
