이번 대회에는 총 13개소의 방과후아카데미 팀이 출전했으며, 포천시청소년교육문화센터 아름드리는 열악하고 힘든 상황에서도 사랑으로 극복할 힘을 얻게 된다는 ‘Seasons of Love’를, 포천청소년문화의집 꿈터는 아동학대, 학교폭력, 가정폭력 등 폭력에 굴하지 않고 이겨내며 폭력 피해자를 응원하기 위해 직접 개사한 ‘This is me’를 불러 큰 호응을 얻었다고 했다.

대회에 참가한 방과후아카데미 학생들은 “코로나19로 연습도 쉽지 않은 상황 속에서 친구들과 함께 하모니를 만들어 합창을 했다는 데 큰 의미가 있었고, 수상까지하여 행복한 추억을 만들었다.”라고 소감을 밝혔다.

한편, 청소년방과후아카데미는 청소년의 자립역량을 개발하고 건강한 성장을 지원하는 국가정책지원 사업으로, 포천시청소년방과후아카데미는 중학교 1~3학년을 대상으로 5개 반을 운영하고 있다고 전했다.
