이번에 건의한 의정부시 발전종합계획 변경(안)은 2020년 7월 정부가 발표한 한국판 뉴딜종합계획에 따라 정부 정책사업으로 추진 중인 대형 E-커머스 물류단지 조성을 위한 캠프 스탠리, 캠프 레드클라우드의 사업 변경과 2020년 11월 국토교통부 GTX역사 환승센터 시범사업 공모에 선정된 캠프 홀링워터의 사업 변경 등 총 13건의 사업을 포함하고 있다고 말했다.

향후 행정안전부의 발전종합계획 변경 승인이 이루어지면 정부 정책사업인 대형 E-커머스 물류단지 조성 등 의정부시 미군 반환공여지 개발 사업이 탄력을 받을 것으로 예상된다고 했다.
