이번 회의를 통해 이웃주민이 제보한 우울증이 심한 조현병 의심증상이 있는 대상자 및 의료비 과다로 인한 생계가 곤란한 대상자를 위해 현재 상황과 정보를 바탕으로, 대상자별 서비스 제공계획을 수립하여, 통합적 서비스를 제공하고, 지역 내 서비스 제공기관과의 연계 및 협력을 통해 대상자의 욕구가 해결될 때까지 맞춤형 상담 및 서비스 연계를 적극적으로 진행하기로 결정했다고 했다.  

남상만 동장은 “사례관리 대상자의 문제를 해결하기 위해 회의에 참석해주신 분들에게 감사의 인사를 전한다”며, “오늘 회의를 통해 민·관이 협력하는 내부사례회의가 활성화되어, 많은 대상자들의 문제와 위기가 사라져, 안전하고 희망적인 삶을 살 수 있기를 기대한다”고 전했다.
