이번 접종 대상자는 마스크 착용이 어려운 장애학생들과 밀접하게 접촉하는 교직원 및 간호인력으로 업무공백을 최소화하기 위하여 하루 약 100명씩 분산하여 의정부시 보건소에서 접종을 실시한다고 전했다. 

지난 4월 15일부터는 교정시설 종사자 등 387명을 대상으로 의정부교도소의 경우 교도소 부속 의원을 통해 자체 접종이 이루어지며, 경찰서 유치장 종사자는 보건소에서 접종을 실시하고 있다고 했다. 

또한 6월 접종대상이었던 일부 대상자에 대하여 관내 8개 위탁의료기관(가톨릭대학교 의정부성모병원, 마스터플러스병원, 센텀병원, 의정부백병원, 의정부서울척병원, 추병원, 튼튼어린이병원, 호원병원)에서 조기접종을 실시하고, 장애인·노인·보훈 돌봄종사자, 항공승무원은 4월 19일부터 4월 24일, 병의원 및 약국 종사자는 4월 26일부터 5월 1일, 만성질환자(투석환자)는 5월 3일부터 5월 8일까지 접종할 예정이라고 했다.
