[김준호 기자 = 삼척시] 삼척시는 지난 16일 교동 삼척복합체육시설 일원에서 액화수소드론 시연회를 가졌다.

드론지휘차량에는 액화수소드론 2기를 탑재할 수 있으며, 원격으로 2기를 동시 운영할 수 있도록 제작되었다.

또한, 액화수소드론은 기체수소를 함께 사용할 수 있도록 설계되었고 하이브리드 전원 시스템으로 설계되어  최대 5시간 드론비행을 할 수 있으며, 

특히, 최적화된 열감지 영상장비와 방송장비를 탑재하여 산불감시 활동에도 투입할 수 있도록 제작되었다.

한편, 시는 액화수소 제조시설 등 생산기반 인프라 구축과 함께 모빌리티 실증을 통한 미래 수소에너지의 상용화에 앞장서고 있다.

김두경 에너지과장은"액화수소드론을 활용해 산불감시 등 재난 재해 예방현장 투입해 재난예방과 전문인력 육성 등 시의 미래산업으로 발전시켜 나갈 계획이다."고 말했다.
