[김현우 기자 = 원주] 원주시는 긴급재난지원금 지급대상자 361,271명 가운데 94.13%에 해당하는 340,071명에게 지급을 완료했다고 밝혔다.

앞서, 시는 코로나19 장기화와 물가 인상 등으로 어려움을 겪고 있는 시민들에게 1인당 10만 원씩 긴급재난지원금을 지급했다.

특히, 지급된 재난지원금 가운데 98.96%가 사용 완료됨에 따라 시민의 일상 회복과 지역경제에 활력을 불어넣었다.

또한, 지급 수단의 다양화로 시민들의 편의성을 높여 호평을 받았으며, 지급 수단별로는 카드포인트 34.17%, 선불카드 25.74%, 계좌이체 22.54%, 모바일 원주사랑상품권 13.74% 순으로 집계됐다.

재난지원금이 많이 사용된 업종은 종합 소매업 30.56%, 음식점업 26.76%, 연료 소매업 7.46%, 음·식료품 소매업 6.14% 순으로 나타났다.

긴급재난지원금을 수령한 시민을 대상으로 설문조사를 한 결과 응답자 3,608명 중 79.1%가 만족한 것으로 나타났으며, 이중 지역 경기 활성화와 생계에 도움이 됐다고 답한 시민이 80.7%로 가장 많았다.
