[안종욱 기자 = 가평군] 가평군은 오는 10월 24일부터 올해 말까지 10주간 세외수입 체납자 정리보류를 적극 추진한다고 밝혔다.

이번 세외수입 체납자 정리보류는 코로나19 여파, 우크라이나 사태 장기화 및 소비자물가 상승과 금리 상승세 지속으로 취약계층의 경제부담 및 민생경제가 악화되어 납부능력이 없는 경제적 취약계층 체납자에 대한 지원 필요성이 증가함에 따라 진행한다.

우선 소멸시효가 완성된 체납자료는 조속히 시효완성정리를 실시해 납세의무를 소멸하고, 예금․매출채권 등 즉시 추심가능한 압류재산을 처분하고 차령 초과 및 실물없는 차량 등을 조사해 차량압류를 해제함은 물론 평가액 부족인 실익 없는 압류 물건의 체납처분 중지로 정리보류를 추진한다.

아울러, 체납 법인 전수조사를 통해 폐업법인, 사실상 폐업법인(해산간주 및 청산종결 법인)에 대한 정리보류도 추진한다. 

체납액 상담 등 납세자 홍보를 강화하고 일시적 또는 생계형 체납자는 담세력 회복 지원을 위한 분납유도와 강제집행을 유예하는 등 서민생활 안정에도 힘쓸 계획이다.
