[서종협 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 삼척시(시장 박상수) 공동체종합지원센터에서는 2022년 삼척시 시군역량강화사업의 일환으로 ‘행복마을 콘테스트’를 개최한다고 밝혔다.

이번 콘테스트는 주민 스스로가 행복하고 활력 넘치는 마을을 만들기 위한 주민화합, 마을공동체 활성화를 도모하기 위한 행사로, 마을의 지속적인 발전 가능성을 보여주는 자리가 될 것으로 기대되고 있다.

참가대상은 마을공동체 활동 기획 및 실행이 가능한 농촌마을이며, 참가를 희망하는 마을은 오는 9월 15일부터 10월 14일까지 신청서를 작성하여 삼척시공동체종합지원센터 이메일로 접수하거나 삼척시 농업인회관에 방문 접수하면 된다.

소득 체험, 문화 복지, 경관 환경 분야의 자율적 주제로 마을공동체 활성화를 위한 마을의 우수사례를 발표하여 마을의 우수성을 알리게 되며, 사업실적, 협동성, 지속성, 주민 활동 영상 및 퍼포먼스 등을 평가하여 시상할 예정이다. 

최우수상을 받는 마을은 2백만 원의 상금과 ‘2023년 행복농촌 만들기 콘테스트’ 우선 참가자격이 주어진다. 그 외 우수상 2점(각 1백만 원), 장려상 2점(각 50만 원)을 선정하며 상금은 모두 지역 상품권으로 지급된다. 발표 및 시상은 오는 12월 8일 개최할 예정이다.
