[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 4월 18일부터 오는 29일까지 평창군은 여름철 자연재난 사전대비를 위해 재해영향평가 협의를 완료한 개발사업장을 대상으로 협의사항 이행실태를 점검한다고 밝혔다.

주요 점검대상은 재해영향평가 협의사업장은 현재 공사 중인 19개(주택건설, 태양광발전, 토석채취 등) 개발사업장이라고 전했다.

군은 개발 전 마련된 재해저감 대책이 시공계획에 반영됐는지 여부, 공사 중 안전 확보를 위한 임시침사지·저류지 등 설치 여부, 절·성토 사면 시공 및 관리실태 등을 중점적으로 점검하는 한편, 현장의 애로·건의사항 등 개선과제 발굴을 통해 재해예방대책의 실효성도 확보해 나갈 계획이라고 했다.  

아울러 이번 사업장 점검을 통해 재해예방대책이 소홀한 사업장에 대해 해당 부서와 사업시행자를 통해 즉시 개선하도록 조치할 계획이며, 이를 이행하지 않는 사업시행자에 대해서는 공사 중지·과태료 부과 등 적극적인 행정조치를 실시한다는 방침이라고 전했다.

오현웅 건설과장은 “이번 점검으로 올 여름철 재해예방대책에 소홀함이 없도록 다시 한 번 주의를 기울여, 안전한 사업장을 구축하는데 힘써주시길 당부한다.”고 말했다.
