[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원]오는 29일까지 동해시는 관내 직업소개소 44개소를 대상으로 상반기 지도점검을 실시한다고 밝혔다.

이번 지도점검은 관내 직업소개사업소를 대상으로 직업소개사업소, 변경신고 누락 여부, 소개요금 과다징수 행위, 보증보험 가입여부, 장부 등의 작성·비치 여부 등을 중점 점검하게 된다고 전했다.

동해시는 직업소개사업소 현장 방문을 통해 점검표에 따른 법령 위반사항을 점검해 경미한 위반 사항은 현지 시정조치하고, 구직자에게 직접적인 피해가 우려되는 사항 등은 행정처분 및 고발을 통해 적극적으로 개선해나갈 방침이라고 전했다.

동해시 관계자는 “직업소개소의 적정한 업무이행 여부 등의 지도점검을 통해 직업안정법 준수 여부를 감시하여 위반으로 인한 피해를 미연에 방지하도록 하겠다”고 말했다.
