[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 3월 22일부터 오는 4월 11일까지 20일 간 태백시는 2022년 1월 1일 기준 전체 개별공시지가 33,135필지에 대해 열람기간을 운영하고 토지소유지 및 이해 관계인의 의견을 접수 받는다고 밝혔다.

개별공시지가는 국토교통부에서 공시한 표준지 공시지가를 기준으로 필지별 토지 특성 등을 조사해 산정하고 감정평가사의 검증을 마친 가격이라고 했다.

개별공시지가 열람은 건축지적과 또는 각 동 행정복지센터에 비치된 지가열람부를 통해 확인하거나 시청 홈페이지(개별공시지가 열람)를 통해 확인할 수 있다고 했다.

의견이 있는 토지소유자나 이해관계인은 시청 건축지적과 부동산행정팀 및 토지소재지 동 행정복지센터에 비치된 의견서를 작성해 제출하거나 건축지적과 우편 또는 팩스로 개별공시지가 의견서를 제출하면 된다고 했다.

접수된 의견서는 평가사 검증과 시 부동가격공시위원회 심의를 거쳐 그결과를 신청인에게 오는 4월 22일까지 개별 통지할 예정이며, 2022년 1월 1일 기준 개별공시지가는 오는 4월 29일 결정·공시된다고 했다.

태백시 관계자는“ 의견제출기간과 이의신청 기간 동안 토지소유자 및 이해관계인을 대상으로 전문 감정평가사와 직접 민원 상담이 가능하도록 개별공시지가 감정평가사 상담제를 운영해 시민들의 궁금증 해결을 돕겠다”고 말했다.

한편, 개별공시지가는 종합부동산세, 재산세, 취득세 등 토지관련 국세, 지방세 및 각종 부담금의 부과기준 등 약 61종의 행정분야에 활용되고 있다고 전했다.
