방문단은 행정안전부를 방문해 LPG배관망 설치불리지역 에너지 보급 사업 등 9개 사업, 환경부에는 양구읍 공공하수처리시설 건설 사업 등 5개 사업, 농림축산식품부에는 DMZ펀치볼 지방정원 조성 사업 등 2개 사업, 해양수산부에는 내륙어촌 재생 사업 등을 각각 설명하고 국비 지원을 건의할 계획이며, 이렇게 양구군이 중앙 부처에 건의할 사업은 17개 사업, 사업규모는 약 700억 원에 달한다고 전했다.
