[안종욱 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 3월부터 가평군육아종합지원센터 해움장난감도서관에서 운영하는 시범사업으로 활용 수명이 지난 영유아장난감이나 고장난 장난감 수집을 통해 센터와 협약을 맺은 (사)그린 무브 공작소로 보내져 새로운 장난감으로 재탄생시키는 재순환 프로그램 ‘뚝딱뚝딱 제작소’를 운영한다고 밝혔다.

또한 수거된 장난감 중 재활용이 힘든 장난감의 일부 부품과 폐자원을 활용하여 부모-자녀참여프로그램을 진행하며, 영유아들에게는 재활용품을 이용하여 새로운 디자인과 활용성을 더하는 ‘업싸이클링’을 통해 버려진 장난감을 새로운 장난감으로 만들어 재탄생에 대한 창의력 발달을, 증진과 놀이 활동을 지원하여 부모와 자녀의 긍정적인 유대감형성과 건강한 양육환경을 조성 등 도움이 되고자 한다고 했다. 

수리된 장난감은 각 가정으로 배송하고 기부된 장난감은 플리마켓을 통해 아나바다 프로그램을 운영할 예정으로 장난감 재순환을 통하여 무분별한 장난감 소비를 줄이고, 가정의 육아비용을 경감하며 환경보호를 위해 부모와 자녀가 함께 참여함으로써 자원의 소중함을 알고 기부를 통한 나눔의 기회를 갖게 되며, 영유아를 둔 가정의 부모님들의 많은 관심을 바라며 참여 신청은 가평군육아종합지원센터 홈페이지에서 접수가능하다고 전했다.
