[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 양양군이 귀농·귀촌 유도로 인구유입을 촉진시키기 위해 귀농·귀촌인을 대상으로 노후주택 수리비 일부를 지원한다고 밝혔다.

군은 오는 31일까지, 양양군으로 이주한 귀농‧귀촌인을 대상으로 신청자를 접수받아 사업대상자 4세대를 선정, 세대당 1,000만원의 주택수리 비용을 지원하기로 했다고 전했다.  

지원대상은 농어촌지역(읍‧면 소재) 이외의 지역에서 1년 이상 거주하고, 양양군으로 이주한 지 3년 이내인 만 65세 미만 세대주로 이주 가족수가 세대주를 포함해서 2인 이상이어야 하고, 또 양양군으로 이주해서 6개월 이상 실제 거주하였거나, 귀농‧귀촌 및 영농 관련 교육 이수실적이 100시간 이상 되어야 한다고 했다.

지원금은 노후‧불량지붕 개량, 보일러 등 난방시설 교체, 주방‧화장실‧샤워실 보수, 기타 벽면 등 노후주택 주거환경 개선비용으로 사용할 수 있다. 5년 이상 장기 임대한 노후주택도 지원이 가능하며, 다만 사업선정 이전에 주택수리가 진행 중이거나 완료된 시설과 농어촌민박 객실, 카페 등 접객사업을 위한 리모델링, 주택 증축 및 조경, 담‧석축 축조, 진출입로 개설 등은 대상에 포함되지 않고, 신축한지 5년 이내 신규주택, 이주 전 이미 상속이나 증여를 받은 주택도 대상에서 제외된다고 전했다.

군은 이밖에도 귀농귀촌지원센터 운영, 귀농인의 집, 귀농귀촌 체험학교, 귀농귀촌 홍보, 선도농가 현장 실습 등 3억8,200만원의 사업비로 귀농‧귀촌 활성화를 위한 9개 단위사업을 추진하고 있으며, 한편 지난 2010년부터 현재까지 귀농·귀촌한 인구는 470세대 797명이며, 주택수리비는 2014년부터 현재까지 21세대 9천7백만원을 지원했다고 밝혔다.
