[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 홍천군은 농촌체험휴양마을 체험객 만족도를 제고하기 위해 노후된 농촌체험휴양마을을 대상으로 시설환경 개선사업을 추진한다고 밝혔다.

군은 숙박·위생·서비스 개선을 통한 청정 홍천군 이미지 정립을 위하여 농촌체험휴양마을의 안전·편의시설, 체험시설 설치 및 개보수에 군비 8천만원을 지원한다고 전했다.

접수기한은 오는 2022년 2월 28일까지 관할 읍·면에서 접수하고, 자체 기준에 따라 심사 후 3월 중순 대상 마을을 선정할 계획이라고 했다. 

허필홍 홍천군수는 “상반기 내 사업 추진을 완료하여 사업효과의 극대화를 도모하고 농촌체험휴양마을 시설환경 개선을 통해 코로나19 이후 농촌관광객 유치를 선점하기 위해 노력하겠다.”고 말했다.
