[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 고성군은 2022년 주거급여 수급자의 중위소득 기준이 46%로 확대돼 주거급여 지원 대상과 급여액이 늘어난다고 밝혔다. 

주거급여 수급자 선정기준은 ‘기준 중위소득 45%’(2020~21년)에서 46%로 변경됐고, 주거급여는 주거비 지출이나 가구 수선 유지비 등을 지원하는 사업이며, 주거급여 선정기준 확대로 4인 가구 기준 소득인정액은 지난 2021년 219만4331원에서 올해 235만5697원으로 늘어났고, 임차 가구 급여지급 상한선인 기준임대료 최저 보장 수준도 100% 현실화(2020년 90%, 2021년 95%)해 주거급여 지원 대상과 지원 금액이 늘어났다고 전했다.

매달 지원받는 주거급여액은 4인 가구 기준(4급지) 최대 25만3000원(2021년)에서 최대 25만4000원으로 늘어나며, 2021년부터 시행된 ‘청년 주거급여 분리지급’ 연령 기준은 ‘만 19세 출생일’에서 ‘출생년’으로 조정된다. 단 지급 대상에서 제외되는 만 30세는 출생 월을 적용한다고 했다.
