공모 신청은 홍천군 홈페이지 고시공고 게시판에서 서식을 내려 받아 홈페이지 내 참여소통 인구토론방에 ‘홍천군 인구활력 정책 아이디어’라는 제목으로 신청하면 되고, 홍천군청 기획감사담당관을 방문하거나 우편, 이메일로도 신청 가능하다고 전했다.

응모된 아이디어는 심사를 통해 대상 1건 50만원, 우수상 1건 30만원, 장려상 2건 각 15만원을 선정해 오는 4월초 홍천사랑상품권으로 시상할 예정이며, 한편 홍천군은 지방소멸대응기금 투자계획 수립을 위한 인구활력 계획 용역을 추진 중에 있고, 이번 공모전을 통해 제안된 군민들의 다양한 의견은 인구활력 계획에 반영될 예정이라고 했다.
