[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 12월 23일 한국생활개선회 홍천군연합회는 자원봉사 군수 표창을 수상했다고 밝혔다.

한국생활개선회 홍천군연합회는 지난해 코로나19 발생 초기 홍천터미널에서 열화상감시카메라 모니터링을 시작으로 장애인근로작업장에서 마스크제작봉사를 이어 갔으며, 또 올해는 일손이 모자라는 농가를 찾아 일손 돕기를 실시했으며, 예방접종센터 및 보건소를 방문해 위문했다고 전했다.

특히 올해 12월 각 읍·면 생활개선회는 지역의 읍·면 행정복지센터를 찾아 어려운 이웃을 위한 막장 및 생필품을 기부하는 등 지속적인 자원봉사를 실시했다고 밝혔다.
