홍천읍 장전평리에서 한우 사료를 생산하고 있는 강원사료는 지난 2009년부터 관내 저소득층에 정기 후원을 하고 있으며, 매년 연말에는 이웃돕기 성금을 기탁하고 있다고 했다.

신재봉 대표는 “강원사료가 힘든 시기를 보내고 있을 홍천군 이웃들에게 든든한 동반자가 되었으면 한다”고 뜻을 밝혔다.

같은 날 간다 대리운전도 홍천군청을 방문, 지역 내 어려운 이웃을 돕는데 사용해 달라며 성금 113만원을 전달했고, 성금은 간다 대리운전 직원들이 연말을 맞아 어려운 이웃돕기를 위해 십시일반 정성을 모아 마련했다고 했다.

강화성 대표는 “직원들과 함께 좋은 일에 동참할 수 있어 기쁘다”며 “우리의 온정이 어려운 이웃들에게 잘 전달됐으면 한다”고 말했다.

이에 앞서 지난 12월 17일 심길섭 세무사사무소는 홍천군청을 방문, 어려운 이웃돕기 성금 500만원을 기탁했으며, 심길섭 대표는 지난해에 이어 올해에도 어려운 이웃돕기에 동참하고 있다고 했다.
