이번 종합대책은 「취약계층 사회안전망 구축」과 「재난․재해 대비 안전관리강화」 2개 분야 19개 과제로 구성·추진된다고 전했다.

특히, 코로나19와 독감 동시 유행 예방을 위해 백신 부스터샷과 인플루엔자 예방접종 미접종자에 대한 독려와 홍보를 추진하며, 확진자 급증에 대비하기 위해 현재의 코로나 19 대응체계 유지와 방역수칙 이행점검, 재택치료자 및 자가격리자 관리 강화로 시민의 안전과 건강을 지켜나갈 계획이라고 했다.

또, 폭설에 대비한 단계별 제설 대책 수립, 산불방지대책본부 운영, 가축전염병 방역대책 상황실 운영, 다중이용시설 및 재난·재해시설에 대한 유관기관 합동점검 등으로 각종 재난·재해에 대비한다고 했다.
