양양군여성단체협의회 이명숙 회장은 ”모든 영역에서 여성과 남성이 동등한 권리와 책임을 갖는 성숙하고 완성된 양성평등사회를 향해 나아갈 것“이라며, ”양양여성의 지혜를 모아 모두가 평등하고 행복한 양양군이 될 수 있도록 여성단체협의회가 앞장서 나가겠다“고 말했다.
