[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 8일부터 12일까지 동호동 지역사회보장협의체는 저소득층 난방취약가구를 대상으로 ‘방문훈훈사업’을 전개했다고 밝혔다.

‘방문훈훈사업’은 일찍 찾아온 추위에 난방에 부담을 느끼는 가구에 전기장판 등 난방 보조용품을 지원하는 동 협의체 지역특성화사업이라고 전했다.

협의체 위원들과 동호동 찾아가는보건복지팀은 23가구의 대상가구를 선정, 가정방문을 실시하고 난방용품을 전달하며 동절기 애로사항 등을 함께 청취했다고 했다.

이강운 동호동장은 “난방을 제대로 하지 못해 건강이 악화되는 어르신들이 많아 동 협의체와 협력하여 이번 사업을 추진하게 되었으며, 이번 지원으로 따뜻하고 훈훈한 겨울이 되었으면 좋겠다”고 말했다.
