[김일중 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 10월 23일부터 오는 10월 28일까지 포천시는 평생학습축제 사전행사인 ‘2021년 포천시 평생학습 작품 전시회’를 포천반월아트홀 전시장에서 개최한다고 밝혔다.

이번 전시회에는 포천시 학습마을 및 평생학습기관, 학습동아리, 학습공간, 행복학습센터 등 29개 기관이 참여해 500여점의 작품을 전시했다고 전했다. 

어르신들의 삶이 스며있는 시화 작품부터 사진, 유화, 나무공예, 규방공예, 자이언트 플라워, 캘리그라피 등 평생학습 분야에서 활동한 시민들의 다양한 작품으로 구성되었는데, 특히 장자마을의 ‘내 인생 그림책’ 작품은 성인문해 분야뿐만 아니라 일반 관람객의 많은 관심과 감동을 이끌어내고 있으며, 포천장애인학교의 꽃차소믈리에, 원데이클래스, 시문학 프로그램의 작품들과 군내면주민자치센터의 자이언트 플라워 작품은 많은 시민들에게 눈길을 끌고 있다고 했다. 

교육지원과 관계자는 “코로나19로 어려운 상황속에서도 많은 분들이 평생학습의 끈을 놓지 않고 활발하게 활동해 왔다.”라며, “이번 전시회가 다양한 평생학습 프로그램에 대한 정보를 공유하고 친목을 다지는 소통의 장이 되길 기대한다.”라고 말했다.

한편, 이번 전시회에 전시된 작품들은 전시회 종료 후에도 많은 시민들이 관람할 수 있도록 시민기획단의 도움을 받아 포천시청 유튜브 채널에서 랜선 관람이 가능하도록 영상으로 게시할 예정이며, 전시회에 이어 진행될 2021년 포천시 평생학습 축제는 오는 11월 13일 14시에 개최되는 본 행사를 시작으로, 11월 18일까지 포천시의 각 권역에서 다양한 체험프로그램 및 버스킹 공연, 특별 강연 등을 운영할 계획이라고 밝혔다.
