[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 11일 GH가 수탁운영하는 경기도 도시재생지원센터는 ‘2021년 경기도 도시재생대학 전문가 양성과정 중급교육’을 운영해 37명의 수료생을 배출했다고 밝혔다.

이번 교육은 국토교통부 표준 교육 프로그램을 일부 반영하였으며, 도시재생 경제조직, 거버넌스, 의사결정 등 실무에 필요한 총 12개 강좌로 구성했다고 했다. 

센터는 비대면 교육의 한계를 극복하기 위해 실시간 온라인 회의 등을 통해 교육을 진행했으며, 또한 도시재생 우수사례 현장에서 직접 교육 영상을 촬영해 현장감을 더하고 수강자의 만족도를 높였다고 했다.

전영옥 경기도 도시재생지원센터장은 “도시재생 전문가 양성과정은 각 도시재생지원센터 실무자 간 소통과 네트워크 구성에 큰 의미가 있다”고 하면서 “코로나를 잘 극복하고 오프라인에서 다시 만날 것을 기대한다”고 말했다.

한편 도시재생지원센터는 센터 종사자 및 공무원의 직무역량을 강화하기 위해 ‘온라인 도시재생 기본과정’, ‘찾아가는 현장과정’ 등의 교육을 진행하고 있다고 전했다.
