[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부/강원] GH는 다산신도시 내 최초 국민‧영구임대주택 단지인 다산 지금 A1블록 민간참여 주택건설공사가 지난 7월 28일 사용검사 승인되어 지난 8월 2일부터 입주를 시작한다고 밝혔다.

다산지금 A1블록(다산 센트럴파크) 주택건설사업은 민간참여 공동주택 사업으로, 총 2,075세대 규모의 공공임대주택이라고 전했다.

국민임대 1,650세대, 영구임대 425세대를 공급하며 전용면적 26㎡, 33㎡, 36㎡, 46㎡ 4가지로 이루어져 있고, 입주 지정기간은 지난 8월 2일부터 오는 9월 30일까지라고 했다. 

주민 편의시설로는 국공립 어린이집, 게스트하우스, 맘스라운지, 휘트니스 시설과 사회복지관 등이 있고, 또한 택배갈등을 예방하기 위해 단지의 지하주차장 높이를 2.7m로 상향하여 택배차량이 지하주차장에 진입할 수 있도록 했다고 전했다. 

GH 이헌욱 사장은 “다산신도시에서 최초 시행하는 국민‧영구임대 아파트인 만큼 기존 임대주택 이미지를 벗어나 분양주택 못지않은 고품질‧고품격 임대아파트로 건설하였다”라며 “앞으로도 무주택 서민의 주거안정을 위하여 다양한 고품질 공공임대주택을 지속적으로 추진하겠다” 라고 밝혔다.
