다산 지금 A4블록 다산 자연앤푸르지오 주택건설사업은 민간참여 공동주택사업으로 지난 10월 27일 사용검사 승인되어 11월 1일부터 입주를 시작했다고 했다. 

총 1,614세대로 전용면적 51㎡, 59㎡ 2가지로 이루어져 있으며 59A타입은 방3개, 거실, 주방, 욕실 2개 등 4Bay 판상형 구조로 입주민의 선호도가 높다고 했다.

또한, 단지 내 국공립 어린이집을 설치하여 입주민 및 지역주민에게 안정적인 보육환경을 제공할 계획이며 주민 편의시설로 작은도서관, 맘스스테이션, 휘트니스시설, 티하우스 등을 갖추고 있다고 했다.
