복지관 소속 노인자원봉사자는 복지관 내 경로식당 배식봉사, 복지관 회원접수 및 초기상담, 관·내외 문화공연, 프로그램 보조 등 다양한 분야에서 봉사활동을 실시하고 있다고 했다.
